We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Facade Assistant to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the construction and maintenance of building facades.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and repair of building facades
- Carry out basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and fitting materials
- Clean and prepare surfaces for facade work
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but experience in construction or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The rate of pay is $1200 per month. As this position involves outdoor work, you must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
