We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-level Glazier in Lisbon. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. No prior experience is required, but candidates with some knowledge or interest in glazing will be preferred. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
As an Entry-level Glazier, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced glaziers in the installation, repair, and replacement of glass in various structures such as buildings, windows, doors, and mirrors. Your duties will include measuring and cutting glass to size, removing old or broken glass, preparing surfaces for installation, and applying sealants or putty to secure the glass.
This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and precision. You must be comfortable working at heights and have good hand-eye coordination. Training will be provided on the job by our experienced glaziers. However, having basic math skills and knowledge of different types of glass will be advantageous.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
