Junior Architectural Technologist


We are hiring a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting senior technologists in the design and development of architectural projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to gain practical skills in the field of architecture, with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior technologists in creating and developing architectural designs
- Preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy and feasibility
- Conducting research on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Assisting with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges
- Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month. Salary may increase based on performance.

This position is located in Lisbon, Portugal.
