Junior Commercial Architect
Location: Lisbon, Portugal


We are hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of commercial building projects. This is an entry-level position suitable for someone without experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for commercial projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project development
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Lisbon if not already residing there
