Architectural Designer

We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Lisbon. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must be able to commute to our office in Lisbon.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their design requirements
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports for clients
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly on site
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques
