A dynamic and innovative architecture firm in Lisbon is seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with a team will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their commercial building needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design software.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of commercial building projects.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to design plans and meets quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on project progress and address any concerns they may have.
- Adhere to budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality designs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: $1700/month (based on experience)
