Commercial Architect (Contract) - Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Lisbon on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and other commercial facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for their commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to construction teams
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on experience)
