We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Architect to join our team in Lisbon. As an Industrial Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of industrial buildings and structures. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, creating detailed plans and drawings, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design compatibility and project success
- Review and revise designs as needed to meet client requirements and comply with building codes
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses related to the project
- Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards for quality, safety, environmental impact, etc.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with full-time employment. Accommodation can also be provided if necessary. This position is open to all nationalities; however, candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for employment authorization in Portugal.
