Architecture Manager


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead design reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the entire project process

Salary: $1400 per month
