The Architecture Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Lisbon, Portugal. This role requires a skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of architectural principles, as well as experience in project management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is meeting design specifications
- Review and approve design proposals from team members
- Mentor and support junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the city of Lisbon or Portugal
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish

Salary: $1800 per month
