Senior Architect


We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lisbon. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. Your expertise in creating innovative and functional designs will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and building codes.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, including blueprints, specifications, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance to contractors regarding design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into project designs.
- Train and mentor junior architects to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Architect in a reputable firm.
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex architectural projects within budget and time constraints.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Lisbon or willing to relocate at their own expense, we are open to considering remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.
