Junior Fitter


We are hiring a Junior Fitter to join our team in Lisbon. As a Junior Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical components according to blueprints and technical specifications. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers with a passion for mechanics and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand tools or machines
- Weld or bolt parts together to form subassemblies or finished products
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Install subassemblies onto machinery or equipment according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with mechanical systems
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanical engineering is a plus
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salary:
