Excavator Operator

As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and load materials such as soil, rocks, and debris. You will work with a team to ensure efficient and safe operations at construction sites in Lisbon. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and loading trucks
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols at the construction site
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to supervisors
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and materials moved

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an excavator operator
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in construction sites
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and diagrams
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Team player with good communication skills

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in the construction industry in Lisbon
- Portuguese nationality or legal authorization to work in Portugal
