Job Title: Bilingual English Teacher (Lisbon, Portugal)



We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Bilingual English Teacher to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Bilingual English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to non-native speakers and promoting bilingualism among students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the specific needs of students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and lesson plans
- Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching skills
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license in ESL or TESOL preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Portuguese languages
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students of all levels
- Biometric passport is a must

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
