We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supporting the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and creating individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition
- Educating patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license or degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
- Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
