Responsibilities:
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer customer questions and inquiries about products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds if needed
