Full-Time Florist in Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team in Lisbon. As a full-time Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, designing and maintaining displays, and providing excellent customer service. Your creativity and attention to detail will help us provide top-notch floral services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Design and maintain store displays to attract customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering suggestions and advice
- Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep track of expenses, sales, and inventory levels
- Train new employees on proper flower care techniques
- Ensure that all orders are completed accurately and delivered on time

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.
