We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Florist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs and making appropriate suggestions
- Assist with daily shop tasks including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies
- Attend workshops or training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a florist or in a flower shop is preferred but not required
- Must have a creative eye for design and a passion for flowers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of flower care techniques and ability to handle delicate flowers with care
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
