Job Title: Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations in our high-end restaurant in Lisbon. Your primary goal will be to create a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests through innovative and exceptional culinary creations. You will lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring quality control and maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Create new dishes and constantly update the menu to keep it fresh and exciting
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and teamwork
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
- Oversee food preparation to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Monitor food costs to meet budget goals while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, including international cuisines
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
