Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Lisbon. Your primary goal will be to ensure top-quality service, food, and overall experience for our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of employees to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high standards of customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to increase revenue
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the restaurant's operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
