As an Executive Chef in our bustling restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. We are seeking an experienced and talented individual who has a passion for cooking and a strong background in culinary arts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop creative and innovative menus that meet the needs of our diverse clientele
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to control food costs and maintain budget targets
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a busy restaurant setting
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is an asset)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. As our restaurant operates during evenings and weekends, you must be willing to work on these shifts. The salary for this position is $1100 per month. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, etc.
