Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Lisbon, Portugal. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include managing budgets and schedules, overseeing subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in project management, and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week. No accommodation or visa assistance will be provided. Students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Oversee subcontractors and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and government agencies
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction
- Manage project budgets and approve expenses
- Provide regular reports on project status to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to handle pressure and make decisions quickly
