Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager in our growing company, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in Lisbon, ensuring their timely and successful completion. Your role will involve managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising construction workers, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Primavera is preferred.
