Contract Surveyor in Lisbon



As a Contract Surveyor in Lisbon, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. You will work on a contract basis, with the opportunity for extension based on performance. You must have previous experience in surveying and be able to work independently. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and collect accurate measurements and data
- Analyze survey data and produce detailed reports
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to provide necessary information for project planning
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and data collected

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a surveyor
- Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using computer software such as CAD or GIS

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proficiency in Portuguese language

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month, with potential for increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Lisbon, Portugal.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
