Land Surveyor
Are you an experienced Land Surveyor looking for a new opportunity? Our company in Lisbon is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Land Surveyor. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to identify and map out property boundaries, topography, and other features. You will use specialized equipment and tools to measure and record data, as well as analyze maps, plans, and other documents.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying techniques and equipment
- Analyze maps, plans, and other documents to determine property boundaries
- Prepare accurate measurements and records using specialized software or manual calculations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure that all work meets legal requirements and industry standards
- Maintain survey equipment and tools
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
- Provide recommendations for improvements or changes based on survey findings

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in land surveying with the ability to work independently. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret technical data. A degree in surveying or related field is preferred but not required.
