Surveyor Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will work closely with licensed surveyors to collect and analyze data related to land, construction, and infrastructure projects. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience or provide accommodation. However, candidates must have their own visa for employment in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed surveyors in collecting and analyzing data using various tools and technology
- Conduct field surveys and measurements as directed by the surveying team
- Perform quality control checks on collected data and report any discrepancies or errors
- Assist with drafting maps, plans, and other documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance needs to the surveying team
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in surveying is preferred
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, CAD software, and GPS technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
