Sales Manager - Lisbon, Portugal
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving the company's sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
- Provide training and support to the sales team in order to improve their performance
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Salary: 1300$ per month (plus commission)
