Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager for our company in Lisbon, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training and support as needed
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve results
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to upper management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products/services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
