Job Title: Land Surveyor in Lisbon


A reputable land surveying company in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects in the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate maps, reports, and legal documents
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate information for project planning and design
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards while conducting surveys
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of land surveying techniques, principles, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good physical fitness as the job may involve long periods of standing, walking, or carrying heavy equipment
