Gardener Assistant


Our gardening company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Gardener Assistant to join our team in Lisbon! As a Gardener Assistant, you will work alongside experienced gardeners to assist with various tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and maintaining the overall appearance of our gardens. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without previous experience in gardening to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and maintaining plants
- Weed flower beds and gardens
- Prune trees and shrubs under the guidance of experienced gardeners
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Help with the design and layout of gardens
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the head gardener
- Perform general gardening duties such as raking leaves, mulching, and mowing lawns
- Ensure gardens are kept clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience in gardening required
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills from experienced gardeners
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
