Barber Stylist


We are in search of a skilled and creative Barber Stylist to join our team at a bustling salon in Lisbon. As a Barber Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our diverse clientele. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Your ability to stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering is essential, as well as your attention to detail and precision when handling tools. If you are passionate about men's grooming and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations based on their hair type, face shape, etc.
- Stay updated with current trends and techniques in barbering
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle tools carefully and maintain them regularly
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients
- Upsell salon products for at-home maintenance
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines set by the salon

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or Barber Stylist
- Excellent communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in men's grooming
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must have own set of tools
- Must hold valid work visa for Lisbon

Salary: $1500/month (plus commission on product sales)
