Baker for Contract Work in Lisbon, Portugal

As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts. Responsibilities:
- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Baking various types of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Decorating baked goods with icing, glaze, or other toppings
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Monitoring oven temperatures and adjusting as needed
- Ensuring all products meet quality standards
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborating with team members on new recipes or menu items

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a professional baker (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
