Experienced Handyman in Lisbon


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Handyman to join our team in Lisbon. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic repairs
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or needed repairs
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide solutions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Keep inventory of materials and equipment needed for repairs
- Work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks within deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to construction and repair work

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Lisbon or have their own visa.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
