Office Manager
We are seeking an organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Develop and maintain efficient office systems and procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
Salary: 1000$ per month (without accommodation)
