Junior Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the hospitality industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators
- Actively promote our hotel's facilities and services through various sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize revenue
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management
- Assist in organizing sales events and participate in trade shows

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong persuasive abilities with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
