We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Lisbon. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A biometric passport is preferred but not a strict requirement. With accommodation provided, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in the hospitality industry.

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, etc.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry
- Ability to travel as needed for business purposes
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
