Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a part-time position with a salary of $900, without accommodation, and with visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
