Position: Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also be in charge of managing the sales team and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and provide analysis to senior management
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer preferences in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have a biometric passport
