Hotel Sales Manager (Part-Time) - Lisbon, Portugal
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective strategies and strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Utilize various sales techniques to attract and retain customers
- Monitor competition and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage budget and expenses related to sales activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluency in Portuguese or other languages commonly spoken in Lisbon
- Valid work visa for Portugal
Salary: $1400 per month (part-time)
