We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through various channels including direct sales, online platforms, and partnerships.

As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with existing clients. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field is preferred but not required. We welcome all candidates with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
