Part-Time Concierge in Lisbon



We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Concierge in Lisbon. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrivals
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests
- Handle guest complaints in a timely manner, escalating to management when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in the beautiful city of Lisbon. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
