Computer Support Specialist - Funchal, Portugal

We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly. This is a contract position without accommodation, and we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding computer hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Provide training to clients on how to use different computer programs and systems
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and implement solutions for complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, antivirus programs, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location: Our office is located in Funchal, Portugal. This is not a remote position.
