Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and recommend solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place
- Train users on new technologies or software applications
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field

Salary: 1400$ per month without accommodation.
Location: Funchal (this is a preference, not a strict requirement)
