Front-End Developer

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our team in Funchal. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites and applications. Your main duties will include coding and implementing new features, maintaining and improving existing websites, and ensuring the websites are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly interfaces
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Implement new features based on project requirements
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide solutions
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with responsive design and mobile development
- Familiarity with SEO principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Familiarity with back-end languages such as PHP or Python
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Salary: 1600$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Funchal, Portugal (free visa & ticket included)
