Data Analyst


We are currently hiring a Data Analyst for our growing company based in Funchal. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support business decisions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Develop and maintain databases to track performance metrics
- Create visualizations and reports to present data findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of SQL and statistical analysis tools (R, Python)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Preferences:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. MySQL)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
