Job Title: QA Engineer

We are hiring a QA Engineer to join our growing team in Funchal, Portugal. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through thorough testing and identifying any issues or bugs. You will work closely with our development team to understand project requirements and develop test plans to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our software.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for new and existing features
- Identify and report any bugs or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features continue to function properly
- Perform manual and automated testing as needed
- Document test procedures and results for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Experience with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or C#
- ISTQB or other software testing certification
