Teamlead Manager



As a Teamlead Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring their productivity and efficiency. Your main focus will be on managing the workflow of the team, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure optimal performance
- Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standard
- Provide training and mentorship to team members as needed
- Monitor the progress of projects and provide feedback to team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the company
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies for growth and development
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to improve team performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with team members and other departments
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and collective goals
- Proficiency in project management software is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600/month
