Job Title: Teamlead (Contract)
We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Teamlead to join our team in Funchal. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the efforts of our team to ensure efficient and successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and leadership, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team members in daily tasks, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop project plans, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Communicate project updates, changes, and issues to stakeholders
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any challenges or concerns, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure alignment of project goals
- Identify areas for improvement in processes or workflows and implement solutions
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Teamlead in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards common goals
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as Asana or Trello

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

This position is located in Funchal, Portugal.
