As a part-time teamlead in Funchal, Portugal, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks. This role is suitable for individuals with prior experience in team leadership and is open to both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skill sets
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
