We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Interpreter to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Part-Time Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation services for clients in various settings such as business meetings, conferences, and medical appointments. This is a part-time position with flexible hours that would be ideal for students or individuals looking for additional income.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional interpretation services in person and over the phone
- Accurately convey messages between two parties in the source and target languages
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Research and familiarize yourself with industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate interpretation
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with clients
- Keep detailed records of interpreting assignments

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an interpreter in various settings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1000 per month.

This job will be based in Funchal, Portugal.
